About Dawn Bailey

I bring over 27 years of experience in the accounting industry, building my career on dedication, accuracy, and a strong work ethic. I began my journey at just 14 years old, working alongside my mother and developing a solid foundation in financial management and attention to detail.

I grew up in Nelson County and graduated in 2002, which helped shape my strong sense of community and work ethic that I carry into my professional life today.

I spent five years working with Dave Marion, where I honed my skills and expanded my expertise. I then continued my career with The Arc of the Piedmont, dedicating nine years of service and further strengthening my professional capabilities.

Before starting my own venture, I worked with Hantzmon Wiebel LLP for 10 years, where I applied my extensive knowledge and experience to support clients with reliable, detail-oriented accounting services. I am known for my consistency, professionalism, and commitment to helping individuals and organizations maintain financial clarity.

Outside of my professional life, I am a proud mother of two and am looking forward to becoming a grandmother—an exciting new chapter I eagerly anticipate.
